New York City –  Aletta and Peter Stas, Founders and Owners of Frederique Constant, one of the fastest growing Swiss watch brands, have taken on a new role as the co-authors of a 500-page high-end coffee table book titled “Live Your Passion – Building a Watch Manufacture”  To celebrate the launch of their latest creation in the United States, the pair hosted an exclusive event at Aquavit in New York City, together with renowned retail partner Tourneau.

Over fifty VIP clients and brand enthusiasts joined the Frederique Constant and Tourneau executives for an intimate dinner and brand presentation. Richard Gellman, the Vice President of Advertising and Marketing at Tourneau took the opportunity to start the evening by saying: “Frederique Constant has been an exceptional partner of Tourneau, and it’s been an extremely exciting and successful year for them. We are equally as thrilled and honored to have the founders and owners of Frederique Constant, Aletta and Peter Stas here today for the exclusive US launch of their book, and showing their support to Tourneau.”

The beautifully illustrated hardcover incorporates a blend between a coffee table book and a business journal.  One can enjoy the detailed images that tell the story of the creation of watch calibers, timepieces and their own manufacture, while reading the business aspects of the company and their core value to Let More People Enjoy Luxury.  “What better place to host this launch than in New York City, as the infinite energy of this city is very much in line with our daily drive and passion for the global development of our company. It took over a thousand hours to finish this book, with countless sleepless nights and even more beautiful moments.  However, our best accomplishment was to capture the stories of the people in our company, the clients and our suppliers.  Without them, the success of the company would never have been possible,” expressed Dr. Peter Stas to his guests.

“Live your Passion – Building a Watch Manufacture” is a very comprehensive and sophisticated effort capturing the vision of its founders, their undertakings born from a true passion, to their global success today with multiple Swiss watch brands, including Frederique Constant, Alpina Geneve and Ateliers DeMonaco.

The book is available through Frederique Constant USA (Toll-free: 855-55-FCUSA) and through the brand’s nationwide network of Authorized Retailers, at a price of US $150.
