Aletta and myself have been discussing what makes successful employees in our company. Apart from specific Job Duties, our best colleagues seem to have following:
1) DOING mentality, they are DOERS who roll-up their sleeves and work hard to accomplish results. They are self motivated to put-in beyond nine to five hours working on actions, concrete output and realize results.
2) PERSISTANCE, they do not take ‘No’ for an answer. They are self-motivated to look for solutions if results are not coming-in. They continuously drive people to realize results.
3) METICULOUS, they go deep when they are working on a job. They are self-motivated to finish work until the end, handling all points, repeatedly and consistently.
We look for these qualities in the WORK HISTORY of a candidate. We are looking for a proven track record.
